(Lat. That you go to court.) An original writ out of chancery directed to the sheriff, for the purpose of removing a replevin suit from a Court Baron or a hundred court to one of the superior courts of law. It directs the sheriff to go to the lower court, and enroll the proceedings and send up the record. 3 Bl.Comm. 34
